Established in 1949, Brookvale have built up a reputation for Presswork, Wireforming, Welded Assemblies and Dipsticks based on their knowledge, reliability and capability to provide engineering solutions to the requirements of a broad customer base.
Brookvale manufacture welded and mechanical assemblies for many purposes from accelerator pedals to grill-pan handles using processes such as resistance and projection welding, brazing, riveting, drilling and tapping.
They have a well-equipped on-site tool room where highly skilled toolmakers provide a comprehensive “design and build” service to underpin engineering solutions as well as supporting their production facility.
They also manufacture pressings from most materials and their maximum tonnage is 75 tons blow using ‘C’ frame strip fed presses for items such as brackets, lock plates and heatsinks.
