Established in 1949, Brookvale have built up a reputation for Presswork, Wireforming, Welded Assemblies and Dipsticks based on their knowledge, reliability and capability to provide engineering solutions to the requirements of a broad customer base. Brookvale manufacture welded and mechanical assemblies for many purposes from accelerator pedals to grill-pan handles using processes such as resistance and projection welding, brazing, riveting, drilling and tapping. They have a well-equipped on-site tool room where highly skilled toolmakers provide a comprehensive “design and build” service to underpin engineering solutions as well as supporting their production facility. Previously known as Glanbia Foods UK, The Cheese Company is an international food company which serves markets for Dairy products across the world. The packaging facility at Oswestry is one of the most advanced in Europe and supplies every major supermarket chain in the UK. The purpose-built cheese cutting operation runs around the clock packing in excess of 40,000 tonnes per year of the nation’s favourite cheeses into a range of consumer-friendly formats. The site, which employs around 350 staff, also serves as the central distribution hub for The Cheese Company and handles in excess of 8 million cases of cheese per year.
