Manufacturers throughout the region are continually being forced to maximise every resource in an attempt to remain competitive. Learning from others and knowledge transfer is one of the very best ways to ensure that your comp

Businesses will have the chance to share knowledge and experience with leading regional organisations that have implemented successful strategies and processes via a series of company visits organised by Inside Manufacturing Enterprise (IME).
Ideas and inspiration gained through these visits can be used to implement new practices and promote more effective processes in manufacturing companies throughout the West Midlands region.
